Great beach house and the rental company was very helpful with all issues .

Loved this property! This was my first experience renting a home so I was a bit apprehensive about whether this was the right choice for my family of 10 who were gathering for my dad’s funeral. This turned out to be perfect! There was plenty of room for those of us staying at the house & for other family members & friends who came to visit during the day. The house was clean & stocked as advertised. It was updated with a very open floor plan. We enjoyed lounging by the pool & playing pool, ping pong & cards in the game area. The master bathroom was very large with an amazing en-suite. Being able to utilize the garage for parking & storage was so helpful (the garage was off limits for many of the houses researched). This home wasn’t on the beach but a short 10 minute drive allowed us to take our daily morning walks. The management team was exceptional! The questions I had before & during our stay were answered quickly & in a friendly manner. Extra towels, etc., that we needed were delivered quickly. The reservation/check in/check out processes were easy, which a newbie like me really appreciated! There are a couple items that need to be addressed, most of which have already been brought to the management team’s attention. In addition, pots & pans are badly scratched & need replacing. A more complete pots & pans set would be great for large groups like ours who want to cook at home so we can spend more time together. The bar chairs at the island are a bit wobbly & weren’t too comfortable. These few items shouldn’t deter you from renting this home. You’ll be glad you did!

We loved Cortez Cabana! It is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need. We didn't want to leave, and if the home had been available, we would have extended our stay. Anchor Down was very quick to respond to any questions we had. My only suggestion when renting is to bring bug spray for the no-see-um bugs. They love some people and don't bother others. My husband's legs looked like he had chicken pox, my son had a few bites, and nine of us had no bites at all. The pool guy suggested we go to Ace Hardware and get spray for them, which worked well. We will definitely be using Anchor down again and can hopefully stay in Cortez cabana again in the near future

Anchor As we are getting ready to retire, we bought a home in Florida while living in the Midwest. I searched a lot to find a good reputable property management company. Hours of research led me to Anchor down.I called and felt comfortable after talking with Nate and Ben. They study the market very well to decide the fair lease amount. They leased our home in no time, then assigned the property manager who represents the owner and the tenant. We were blessed to be assigned a wonderful manager, Brooke.Williams. I believe she is one of the best for sure. Based on my experience, Anchoe Down deserves more than 5 stars. Brooke, our property manager is very honest caring and responsive . She wants the best for the home owner she represents. She is a real bright representation of Anchor Down symbolizing a business that takes care of the home owners 1st, then a successful business 2nd. She works hard to make those who rent the home comfortable and feeling being listened to, while working with home owners to keep their expenses under control and their homes well taken care of. She is kind, articulate, an excellent communicator, on top of things with a well rounded experience. Always willing to listen, and a joy to do business with . Very honest and a caring manager makes all the difference especially when you are in a different state. I highly recommend Anchor down property management!

We loved the Ocean Star! The property was very clean and in a quiet location on the island. There is a trolley stop very close by if you want to explore other locations outside of walking distance, although some of us preferred to walk the mile down the beach to Bridge St. for dinner or coffee. The kitchen was very well-appointed, even for our large group. The outdoor space was fantastic! The property management company was extremely responsive whenever we needed anything. We asked for a couple of kitchen towels and I think they arrived within the hour. We had 17 in our group and the indoor/outdoor living space accommodated our group comfortably. I would highly recommend!

Rented the 7 bedroom, 7 bath for our group of 16 and couldn't have been happier with the house, very clean and comfortable. The location to the beach and trolley was a huge plus

Our rental experience went very smoothly and we had one small issue that was taken care of immediately. We were very happy with everyone we spoke to while arranging the rental and with responses with questions that came up.

House of Palms in Bradenton was beautiful! It was a perfect place to stay during our spring break vacation. The house is lovely & had all of the amenities we were looking for. Location is great for getting to local places like Anna Marie, Bradenton beach, etc. Highly recommend this house & will book again when we’re in the area.

We stayed at this home for 45 days and loved it! We did pay to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. We enjoy cooking at home and the house was stocked well for our needs. We needed a few more towels and they immediately brought them. We are hoping to stay again.

Brooke and Ben have been great. They communicate and handle all needs efficiently. Working with this team has been exactly what I was looking for in a management company.

Anchordown Property Management made renting our home easy. They have found a tenant for us quickly each time and communicate regulalry and transparently. Appreciate Brooke, our manager, who always responds quickly to any issues from the tenant or questions from us. Ben also does a great job in the process of getting a tenant placed. And the rest of the Anchordown team, appreciate them! Also happy to work with a company that offers flat management rate instead of percentage. Their fee is extremely reasonable for the service and peace of mind they provide.

We’re settling into our new rental home & I'm grateful for the transparency & care I received. I feel happy with Bens diligence, his follow through & the ease of the process. He’s competent and professional. We were completely comfortable with him in doing business. In the past I’ve typically rented through owners, only one time using a property management company. I had great experiences prior but after recently relocating to FL & working with an owner, that experience was disappointing. I’m at ease to feel the security of dealing with a company & that Ben Dietrich was our agent 🙂

An absolute gorgeous home! Easy check in/check out, quick replies with questions/concerns, beautiful inside, and love love love the outside. Every morning, dolphins were out back!! My stay was 9/23-9/30. House is in a super convenient location. 5 mins to beach. 5 mins to get groceries. I highly recommend Coquina Beach!! More secluded. Free parking. Lot to see and do! We absolutely will be back!! Hot tub gets super hot! Pool stayed more on the chilly side, probably because nights dipped down under 70. Would love fans in each bedroom (for sound and air movement), more lighting out by the boat dock & a little lighting around pool area (even string lights). House was equipped with more things than we needed!! Plenty of room for 6-8 people to sit and eat together. Outdoor patio and stuff… so comfy and cozy!! Loved all the beach towels and plenty of extra linens! Super quiet neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac. No issues with neighbors. Loved the landscapers. Extra coolers, rafts & water tubes were in the garage when we got there so when we left we added to the collection. Hands down… Best family vacation home that we’ve stayed in! Felt very homey and welcoming! Thank you Anchor Down & Nate!!
