BLOOM LAGOON in BRADENTON was AMAZING!!! Literally- nothing there we could want for - near perfection in every regard- super clean, fully stocked everything ! Beds were extremely comfortable, with high quality linens, Every pool toy imaginable- every beach amenity provided. What comfortable and stylish accommodations for the perfect beach vacay

This house was absolutely beautiful! But better than that, the backyard and pool area is an unbelievable oasis! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, very proactive about having the pool heating turned on, they even checked to see if everything was good after we arrived! The neighborhood is quiet, the people in the area are super friendly. Both the house and the hosts go above and beyond Airbnb’s standards! We had such a hard time leaving! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Anchor Down. They really made my whole vacation. The house we stayed in was just perfect. From the cleaning, to the location and right down to the small details it was all just wonderful. I can’t think of one thing I could complain about other then I wish I could stay longer!!! I highly recommend Anchor Down and will use them for all of my vacations in the future. P.s. I need the name of the cleaning company they use because I need them in my life like yesterday!!!

We were making our way from the Midwest to the Keys and planned a short stop in Bradenton. We stayed at the Bloom Lagoon and were delighted. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on the west side with nearby access to the beaches. It was charming, roomy & comfortable with a Coastal Living vibe. It was clean, shiny clean, & the design touches were exquisite. It had a casual elegance. We particularly loved the screened in outdoor pool and the privacy it offered. Tommy Bahama pool/beach chairs! The kitchen was well equipped & bathrooms were pristine. We hit the beaches daily. Try Anna Maria & Coquina!Restaurants & retail therapy were nearby as well. We extended our stay & it was lovely.

Our experiences with Anchor Down Real Estate and Kristi were incredible. We vacationed in Florida before and after Hurricane Ian. Anchor Down made sure we were taken care of during this Category 5 weather event; they made sure we were safe in our beautiful vacation homes and responded to our every need. We will definitely use Anchor Down again when traveling to the Anna Maria Island area.

Nate, Jodi and the Anchor Down team have been fantastic to work with. We started using them in Oct 2021 and have been nothing but PLEASED with the level of service we receive. We stayed here for 7 days (Lake O Woods) Bradenton Florida. The hospitality From Kristi and her team was VIP like. From check in to check out... This place has all we needed to enjoy this family vacation. The covered pool, the pool table, the covered patio with furniture, the proximity to the beach, the 3 car garage with extra refrigerator, the 2 bedrooms with king size beds. The bar on the covered patio with fridge, the bathroom poolside, the laundryroom, the pool toys, the grill, the space, the smart TVs throughout including on the patio, the garage door openers and gate openers programed for the stay, the yard space, the board games the house had.... This place is a must stay I am so glad we found this spot. For the price we paid... I can't have asked for a more pleasant home for our Vacation. It was close to most everything we needed. Walmart included!!! 😆 When we return to this area...this will be our house if not booked for the the time we come to visit. Because oh my I can't think of a better place to be. The place was quiet and so spacious for all my family that was here. Appliances all in working order and fairly new! Thank you anchor down for the cleaning and prepping for our stay. Anchor down makes the process so simple for buyers and investors. Came to them with a plan and Kristi and Nate acted on it quickly and professionally and made our dreams into reality. First helped us purchase a home, then made the transition so easy to turn the old house into a vacation rental. Told us everything we needed to do in order to get it started and anywhere we lacked they were able to pick up and get the job done in order to get it ready for season. They are great with communicating and professional in every aspect. Literally a one stop shop and I couldn’t of asked for a better team!!!

I love this team! Very knowledgeable of the area. I had a lot of questions because this was my first home purchase which they answered quickly. Debbie took as much time with me as I needed. I never felt rushed. She kept me on track to reach my goals and I am so happy to say most of my wish list was fulfilled. She was also able to provide me with references of local contractors to make any changes I wanted. She guided me through the entire process, even attended the closing. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

I first reached out to them when I was looking for a vacation home for my family, Nate explained in great detail what I should look for and what to expect on returns. Nate and Kristi were both very responsive and quick to do video walk throughs of houses for me as I was buying from out of state. Kristi negotiated a great deal for me, was able to schedule every single inspection I needed and negotiate repairs, this made my life a lot easier. From there, they were able to get the contractors out to make the improvements that I was unable to complete.
